Profile

Full-stack developer building production web applications, REST APIs and business systems with Python (Django, FastAPI), Laravel, React and Next.js. My focus is correctness where it matters most: compliance rules held as versioned data, money stored as integer minor units, and access control enforced in the database through Row-Level Security. I have delivered client systems end to end, from schema design to CI/CD and deployment.

    • Designed, built and shipped client systems end to end: requirements, data modelling, APIs, UI, security, CI/CD and hosting.
    • Delivered 3+ client websites and applications, including an enterprise learning management system and a corporate advisory platform.
    • Wrote a SKILL.md engineering guide for each repository, recording architecture decisions, conventions and domain rules so that projects stay maintainable.

    • Set up CI/CD from GitHub Actions to cPanel over SSH for the API, with the Next.js frontend deployed on Vercel.

Plutus — Compliance-native HR & Payroll Platform

  • Built a payroll engine for Nigerian statutory schemes (PAYE, pension, NHF, NHIS, NSITF, ITF, WHT). Every rule is stored as effective-dated, versioned data and none is hardcoded.
  • Stored all money as integer kobo (bigint) and scaled rates in parts per million, so pay runs have no floating-point drift. Payroll and statutory records are append-only.
  • Enforced seven organisation roles with Row-Level Security across 89 tables and required TOTP MFA for super admins. The schema is built from 117 migrations and gated by a two-job CI pipeline.
  • Proved an offline desktop edition on embedded Postgres (PGlite) and built a parallel FastAPI backend with session-scoped RLS, deployed on Railway.

  • Built a RAG system that answers questions across a document library, with inline, clickable citations to the source passages.
  • Combined hybrid retrieval (vector and keyword) with reranking before generation, which improves how precisely answers are grounded in the sources.

  • Building a B2B marketplace for marine diesel engines and spare parts (Wärtsilä, MAN, MaK, Deutz, Caterpillar). It includes part-number search and an admin console.
  • The signature feature is exploded-diagram part discovery: hotspots on the diagram link straight to in-stock items.

eCommerce Platform — Headless REST API
